This weekend, Dr Nik went to the Crown, Melbourne to contribute to the Australian Society for Cosmetic Dermatologist (ASCD) annual conference. The conference is renowned to discuss all modalities in aesthetic medicine, including: skincare, botox, hair loss treatment, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), dermal fillers and thread lifts.
The conference had been postponed last year due to to Covid so it was a great relief to attend the conference in person. Some of Australia’s superstar physicians were present and gave very informative talks on the latest techniques for injecting dermal fillers and botulinum toxin amongst all the other latest information in the field. Dr Nik contributed with 4 presentations – concentrating mainly on the lips and perioral area where he discussed his latest lip filler techniques and assessment of this tricky area to treat. He was honoured to share the stage with one of Teoxane’s top key opinion leaders from the Uk, Dr Lee Walker. A great memorable event.
